A Special Shamanic Healing Fair! ---> Saturday, May 20th

Hello Circlefolks!

I'm very excited to let you know about a special shamanic healing fair opportunity that I've organized alongside two incredible folks who are long-time, well-established and powerful healers, Jean (Kentucky) and Mark (Wisconsin) on Saturday, May 20th at A Space for Change Studio.

As you may know, for the past 8+ years, I have been studying and working within the Maker contemporary shamanic tradition, originally a Eastern European closed/family-only tradition. This healing fair is an introduction of the Maker tradition to the Milwaukee area, and I invite you to join us by booking a shamanic healing session with one of us!

But Holly, aren't I supposed to do all my own healing?? Why would I want help from others??

If you've come to a Circle, you'll know that I've always emphasized self-healing through journeying by discovering, trusting, and using your own inner wisdom. But, I will tell you a little secret... sometimes even we shamanic practitioners seek help from others who are competent, compassionate, and powerful… and who can help open those energetic doors that we don't know how to access... or didn't even know were there... so we can walk through, toward our own healing.

Competent shamanic practitioners open up and move a client's energy to a place where the client can feel empowered to heal themselves in ways that would be much more difficult without the healing intervention. So, if there is something in your life that has been inaccessible to you, despite your own self-healing work, we three are offering help to those who desire it on Saturday, May 20th.

Some examples that people come for shamanic healing include receiving relief from acute or chronic pain, fertility, menstrual, thyroid, GI, cancer, insomnia, or other issues; unwinding unhelpful thought patterns, distressful ruminations, or other emotional issues; finding clarity in your life and/or work situation; untangling problematic ancestral threads that are present in your life; or regaining your center and a sense of groundedness after experiencing periods of stress.

Briefly about the healers.

Jean Dengerink has decades of shamanic experience teaching, mentoring, and healing within the Maker tradition. There are so many things I could mention about her and her work... but notably, she formed a healing endeavor in Colorado and was regularly sought out as an energetic healer by the New Mexico Pueblo members. Jean moves through the world committed to every interaction progressing toward health and growth. Jean is Senior Faculty and Advisor in the tradition and is especially a powerful emotional healer. I'm grateful that she's making this trip from Louisville to provide healings for Milwaukee folks!

My first in-person interaction with Mark Hanson was working with him on a unhelpful entity case, aka a ghost-bustin' case, in Minnesota. During our work on the house and the environment, he also performed a healing on the person living in the house utilizing his tool bag of the four elements (fire, water, air, and earth). I was struck by his power and laser-like intent when he was doing his work, as well as his kind and comforting nature when interacting with the client. Mark is also Senior Faculty in the tradition and primarily heals through awake/sleep dreaming energy. He's based in La Crosse, Wisconsin and also does amazing wood carvings! While I am fairly new to the Maker tradition (8+ years), I also bring my years of prior shamanic experience and continuing 2+ years of practiced Maker healing skills to the table. I am primarily a seer and healer who often incorporates sound and the elements into my healing work. With the support of Jean and Mark, I feel like this event is the first step for me to do more in-person shamanic healings with people in the future.

As of this writing, we have 10 1-hr shamanic healing sessions open between 10am-6pm on Saturday, May 20th. Each healing session is 1 hour, booking from 10am - 5pm, at an introductory suggested donation of $50 for any one of the three of us doing the healings. There is a PayPal option at time of booking OR you can pay in cash, PayPal, or other form at the time of service. Sliding scale (for more or less) is available if paying at the site, and no one who requests a healing will be turned away due to lack of funds.

In addition to the Saturday healing fair, we are also doing a free, introductory talk during the first hour of the Friday, May 19th drum & journey circle at 6pm at A Space for Change Studio. I invite you to attend to hear about how Makers approach shamanic healings as well as a bit about the tradition and people involved. It's a great time to ask questions, too! If there are any openings still open by that Friday night, you will still be able to book a session, if you'd like. Or, I'll start a waiting list Friday night, in case there are any last-minute cancellations. I would really like you to consider this shamanic healing opportunity, and to take advantage of the healing skills of Jean and Mark, especially!
