Hello and Happy Autumn Equinox!

I invite you to come join the Circle this Friday, September 28 from 6-9pm, for an evening of shamanic drumming and journeying.

Please be sure to bring your drum and whatever else you need to make yourself comfortable for the evening. In fact, due to the larger groups we've been having lately, it might be a good idea to bring along a portable chair, in case we use up the 25 we have available to us.

Restrooms, teas, and snacks will be available. And, as always, you are welcome to borrow our spare drums and rattles for the evening, if you don't have your own.

LOCATION: A Space for Change Movement Studio & Wellness Center, located inside PT Plus Bay View at 3073 S. Chase Avenue (corner of Chase and Oklahoma inside the Chase Commerce Center), Building 28, Suite 630 (first floor).
