Our host, Dr. Carol Dusold, is a physical therapist and Brown Belt Nia Teacher. She facilitates personal and community healing and growth through the activities held in A Space for Change, which include yoga, Nia Technique, sound healing, and meditation classes and events.

A Space for Change Movement Studio & Wellness Center is located inside PT Plus Bay View, Suite 630 (first floor) in Building 28 of the Chase Commerce Center. Below is an image of the location to help orient you to our location. The entrance is near Chase & Oklahoma Avenues -- this is where the Chase Commerce Center is located.

We are in Building 28 (see image below). Once inside the complex, just follow the Drum Circle signs to the building.
